These Terms & Conditions govern the rental agreement between Rent Motorcycle Tirana (“the Company”, “we”, “our”) and the renter (“the Customer”, “you”). By renting a motorcycle from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Minimum age for rental: 21 years.
- A valid motorcycle driving license is required and must be presented at the time of rental.
- The license must be valid in Albania. International customers may require an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Customers must provide a valid passport or ID card.
2. Rental Period
- Rental begins at the time the motorcycle is delivered to the Customer and ends when it is returned to the Company.
- Late returns may result in additional charges.
3. Payment & Deposit
- Full payment must be made before the motorcycle is released.
- A security deposit (cash or card) may be required, refundable upon return of the motorcycle in good condition.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The motorcycle must be used only by the authorized renter(s).
- The Customer is responsible for complying with Albanian traffic laws.
- The motorcycle must not be used for:
- Off-road riding (unless permitted by the Company)
- Racing, stunt riding, or illegal activities
- Carrying passengers or cargo beyond the motorcycle’s capacity
5. Fuel Policy
- Motorcycles are provided with fuel and must be returned with the same level.
- Missing fuel will be charged at local market rates plus a service fee.
6. Insurance & Liability
- Basic third-party liability insurance is included.
- The Customer is responsible for any damage to the motorcycle, accessories, or third parties not covered by insurance.
- Loss of keys, documents, or helmets will be charged separately.
- Theft or total loss of the motorcycle may result in the loss of the security deposit.
7. Accidents & Breakdowns
- In case of an accident, the Customer must immediately notify the Company and local authorities.
- Unauthorized repairs are not allowed. The Company will handle repairs and replacements.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds for unused rental days after the motorcycle has been collected.
9. Termination of Agreement
The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental and repossess the motorcycle without refund if:
- The Customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
- The Customer operates the motorcycle in a reckless or dangerous manner.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tirana.
